I have the Tanabe Super Racing Medallion Exhaust on my S2000 and it is really starting to bother me how far they stick out the back. I wish it did not stick out as far and is more flush with the back bumper.

Has anyone with this exhaust have it cut? Where could it be shortened?
Are there any risks with doing this - such as the cutting and welding resulting in the exhaust being more liable to rust and falling apart?
I live in Southern California, does anyone know of a good custom exhaust place that would do this type of work and approximately how much I should expect to pay?

Any info would be much appreciated.
