Takata 4-Point Racing Harness
I'm believing more and m ore in this concept....I would mount the top straps in the hook locations (behind seat...there are two plastic hooks that can be removed)....then I would feed them through the hole in the headrest (removing plastic webbing of course)...I'm pretty sure this would work...making sure that the back mounting locations are reinforced....my main fear was that feeding the belts through the head rest hole, but these harnesses can be fitted in sedans so why not....takle a look at the pic in the link on takata's website at step 5 of the instalation guide..check it out:
http://www.takataracingproducts.com/guide.html
seems that if it works on a BMW seat it would work on our sport seats...simply cross the belts and bring them down...
there's one more thing that's got me baffled...expiration date....does that matter only if you're racing or tracking it...cause i'm just gonna use the harness (pending purchase, proper, and safe installation) on sunday drives....why are there expiration dates on harnesses...do they desintegrate?? wtf
thanks in advance for an input...i really want this harness, but don't want to mess with a roll cage or aftermarket/race seat....lets hear so positive feedback!!!! lol thanks in advance tho!!!

the expire date is for professional racing purpouses... you dont neeed to worry about that... imo i think the harnesses would look ugly on stock seats with the takata color. I have bride seats and dont even wanna put that color on my seats... I would go with black harnesses... Good luck!
