Taillight fogging up

Taillight fogging up
hello guys.
it's been bothering me so much and now I have to do something about it.
I used to have RSX and the headlights fogged up a little bit.
All I had to do was take off the bulbs and let the car sit in over night and that was it.
but now with AP2 taillights, the space between outer clear plastic and colored inside plastic is completely seperated from the back, so even though I plug off all the light bulbs, there seems like no gap or hole that water can evaporate through.
I was planning to reseal it but I have to get all the moist out of there first to do that.
any advice on this matter?
please help.
thanks,
Jay

remove the tail light from the car. Put it inside with the backside facing up and (preferably, but not needed, the sun shinning on it). It'll be clear within a few hours.
To reseal them you have 2 options. Either fill in black silicone between the rear housing and the clear plasic lense or you'll have to seperate the 2 sections and completly reseal it with black silicone.

I would not reseal just yet. I had this problem on my s2k.It turned out that it was NOT the clear plastic and the black plastic not sealed right,it was the foam piece that goes between the taillights and the car that was not sealed properly. Make sure the bolts are tight and maybe silicone around the foam piece. I would try this first. Do not attempt to seperate the plastic pieces. YOU WILL BREAK THEM!
