Default synthetic oil anyone?

do you guys think it would be more beneficial for the S2000 engine with over 48K to start using synthetic oil???

Oil is oil no matter what kind is. Regular conventional oil is just fine but if it makes you feel better than go ahead and put in synthetic. Like my dad always tells me...... "we went 100 years without synthetic oil and cars were just fine".

I've been using mobil 1 synthetic oil since day one.

very true but on the other side of the coin, synthetic oils will allow your engine to be MORE efficient then just fine. nothing wrong with conventional oil. just that synthetic is better.

it's like, cotton bed sheets are good but satin sheets are......mmmmm.

cept cars and engines have changed in 100 years so has oil

Doesent the car come stock with synthetic? Why would you be using regular oil?
