Default Synthetic Oil

Anyone out there running synthetic oil in their S2000?
What brand, weight, and frequency of oil changes do
you recommend? I'm a firm believer in synthetic oil
and want to do the same in my 2003.

This topic has been beat to death. If you use the search feature on the site you will find plenty of information. The general rule I have read is to wait until between 7500-10000 miles before using synthetic. This will ensure the motor breaks in properly. After that the frequency of changes is up to you.
