Suspension Question!
Hey guys, I have been tossing around the idea of lowering my car. But I have a few concerns.
1. I don't want to go lower than an inch ( Daily driver! )
2. I want to retain the stock handling and ride comfort as much as possible
3. I don't want a adjustable coil overs. ( a little more than I want to spend )
The problem I have is I have lightened up the car a bit and I have a large gap between the tires and fenders that needs to be closed a bit but I cant go to low beacuse I go over speed bumps every day and the side strakes are already sitting 4 1\2 inches low!
please give me your opinions!
Thanks

I've installed koni shocks w/ stock springs on the lower perch and it lowered 0.5", maybe a tad more.
Perfect for daily driving.

What do you mean by the lower perch? I am not sure I follow.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think hes talking about the two perches on the Konis. Konis are somewhat height adjustable, in regard that you can use the "stock" perch or "lowered" perch. The lowered perch lowers the car another .5 in. Here's a link to a pic from the DIY guide: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?act=m...d=si&img=243189

Koni yellow shocks have 2 different perches where you can have your spring sit at.
it's about a 0.5" drop if you set it to the lower perch.
