Do a search. You'll find plenty on the topic!!
Basically, the consensus was that the turbo does make more power and useable torque, but it will cost you nearly twice as much to go for the turbo route. Your underhood temps will be much higher with the Turbo too.
I think that the Turbo and the Supercharger both put out about ~ 300 rwhp on 93 pump gas, (turbo at 6psi?), but to get 330 rwhp out of the turbo at 8psi meant that you have to run race gas, or at least octane enhanced gas.
With regards to long term reliability, the Comptech has had some early bugs removed and there is now a large number of street miles from a large number of people who have them, however, there are only I believe up to 3 turbo S2000's at this time. If you go the turbo route, Speedcraft seems to be the way to go.
A lot of us are waiting with baited breath for the Vortech Supercharger. It will be interesting to see what they come up with. Just a matter of time now. BTW, Vortech were last claiming an extra 100 RWHP at 7000rpm, with more power to come.
I would really like a turbo myself, but at approx $8000+ installed with all the bits needed to run it, it's a little out of my league. The Supercharger at around $4-4.5K is much more viable.
Hope this helps.

if you want low maintenance, neither Turbo or SC, since getting neither one no matter what will put more stress on your motor. i would recommend going with a turbo system if you dont have a problem passing smog in your state. even though the SC is good, but i think you will be better off with the performance of a turbo instead.
