Why not get a big ol' autometer tach to put on your dash? perhaps some spinner hub caps too.

putting all things aside about the mismatching colors and awful paintmatching (i think), i would fix the body first... you defenitely dont want to be driving around if the car itself is unsafe (he said theres damage under the hood and that his lights dont work)... let alone a SC'd one..
