It's been getting hot lately... every time i get in my car it is hot. I have a sunshade i bought at Wal-mart but its to big. Looked around but can't seem to find any that fit our small windshield.

Any suggestions where to get sunscreen that is a perfect fit for our car.

Check out this site:

http://www.autosunshields.com/car_shade.html

These are custom made for the s2000 by a company that mainlines in private aircraft sunshades. I have a set for my car. They fit perfectly up against the inside of the windshield (and side windows, if you want them). Made of very high quality materials.

Dealer has them (~$30), though I know you can get them for less online at places like www.handaaccessories.com (~$19).

If you are worried about fading, just get some of these:

http://autosunshields.com/manu/honda/honda_s2000.html

I did this in the summer and never made a post. I was reading another thread about people worrying about fading, and then thought about what I did. These are better than any other design!

I took the measurements and sent them to this company, which should give you piece of mind. I'm as anal as the come with my cars. The are now selling them. I got the red bindings to match the interior (you can get any color) and a waterproof bag that says "s2000" on it. I like the fact the windshield uses TWO pieces instead of one big one. This makes it much easier to put on and I can store all on them behind my passenger seat, which also stops the notorious seat rattle. The side window pieces are great too.

Try ones made by CoverCraft. I've used them for the last several years and they work great. People always ask me where I got them. Do a search for CoverCraft Sun Shade on Google and it should spit out several distributors. Cost is about $45. They're made of stiff cardboard with a silver cover stitched all the way around. Folds nicely without having to tie it together to keep it from unbundling. They come custom made for each car so the fit is perfect.

i got the one from the dealer, but i want to get the covercraft one. it has a cool look to it, and it folds. the dealer one rolls, so i have to put it in the trunk when i have a passenger cuz i don't want it bothering them, especially if it is a girl. the covercraft looks like it can fit behind the passenger seat when folded. i can probably force the heatshield one back there, but i don't want it to get all retarded.
hey Cayenne_S2000 would you say the covercraft is just as effective as the heatshield.
