Strange Starter Problem

Hey, I live in Oregon and this whole gas situation SUCKS!
I mean these people get paid to pump your gas, and yet you still have to wait for them to show up after you pull up and then risk the moron filling it too full and spilling it on your car. I've had that happen twice, and the guy offered to wipe it off with a rag (uh, no THANK YOU!).
I never had to deal with this sort of incompetence when I filled my own gas living in Austin TX. I pulled up, didnt have to wait to start filling, and didnt spill.
I guess thats why they call it FOOL Service.
