This is the bottom of my AP1. Is any bracket missing here?

 

Nope, the bracket is there.

Since you have an original clutch, its probably clutch buzz.

You can live with it, or replace the clutch disc with a new one from a dealership

 

Just want to clarify, you are talking about that "buzzing" noise starting at 24 sec right? I have always wondered about that too on my AP1. It is definitely not the clutch because I can hear both clutch buzzing and this noise separately and this noise is coming from inside somewhere around steering wheel area, not from outside.

 

The noise I heard (not sure if it sounded like "buzzing") became very noticeable at 24 sec in the clip, it actually came as early at 14 sec but it's not loud enough to be caught by my iphone recorder.

I think it's not likely be the clutch, clutch should be underneath, right? I also think it's coming from the left front of the car, same as your "around steering wheel" area? Mine is RHD so our steering wheel areas are different LOL! I believe we are hearing the same noise.
