I would say it is more of a guy magnet. There are guys pointing and staring at my car all the time... much more than chicks.

 

first of all, if you want a woman that's beautiful and smart and has ambition and has great parents to boot (which i believe is a strong indicator of someone worth your time), they're NOT going to come to you and ask you for a ride just because you drive a nice car. how freakin' lame is that chick?

but... i will admit very honestly that one of the attractions of getting a roadster sports car is for its ability to start a conversation wherever you may be driving your car, parking your car... open things up a bit. you know what i'm saying?

so insom, have fun with it. you're young. live it up. gregstevens and i were joking around, dude. chill out. i've got a date coming up this weekend as well with this half latina, half white chick. hot as hell. arts major. sorority chick. should be fun. and she absolutely LOVES the.... porsche boxster... but i'll change her mind come june. i'll give her a ride she'll never forget.

and don't go taking pictures to post on this board, man. that's pretty lame. keep you and your dating life private. there are lot of losers out there ( i know a lot of you will point a finger at me heheh)... even those who own an s2000.

Sparky: i agree.. even the owner of my company says his ferrari 355 is more of a guy magnet.. of guys wanting to race or saying cool car.

SpaceNeedle: half latina/half white sorority chick.. sounds hot.. good luck. honestly i'm not worried about smart and ambitious girls right now.. just as long as their not annoying. sounds cold but long story short i've been burned too many times in long term relationships and i'm only 21 so at this point i'm not really worried about finding a keeper.

I have the car for only two days but so far, so good! I was driving in town when I came to a crosswalk where a super-cute girl was waiting to cross. I stopped and she threw me this big smile and said "nice car!". Hey, I never got that type of comment in my '87 GMC Jimmy.

 

I agree with Insomniak 100%. The car is a wonderful assistant in starting up conversations. I think most women like convertibles and the S is fairly unique in appearance. I've never owned anything other than sports cars and I must say that the S draws more stares and attention then most cars (non exotics) on the road. It will definitely help get your foot in the door with the females. I don't think I'd be with my current significant other if it weren't for the S. Driving on the beach with the top down just seems to attract alot of beautiful women for some reason, I can't verify their IQ's but who's talking about marriage here?

 

Well, I see that Randy's subscription to, what was it, "Ladies Home Journal" or something is really helping out with the chicks. I'm sure that when he offered to share quiche recipes they could not resist. Just kidding though guys, glad you had a great night on the town.

I've noticed that my S2000 draws female attention whether I'm in it or not! So, I tend to believe this car attracts certain women, excluding who is driving.

Sorry guys, but I've been around longer than some of you (judging by some of the posts & pictures) & I've learned that when the girls look my way, they may not actually be looking at ME! Still, it's nice to make believe they're hot for the driver!!
