Yeah, I'd do the same thing, or at least unscrew it and throw it in the trunk. If you're going to park it at school, just take the antenna off.

ive had mine stolen once....and i just take it off when i feel that it might be in jeopardy....someone else had theirs stolen twice in a week....they just stopped replacing it.... replacements are about $12-30
