A sticky situation with hardtopguy!

I have already called HTP several times, I have emailed him one times and now, I will even say that I have emailed him again to quiet the masses. I am not trying to screw the guy, I am not trying to be a genuine critic. I simply couldn't get a response from him so I figured if I can voice my situation then others may not end up in the same pitfall. If he reads this, I hope that he realizes that although he may get 99 positive responses. Even one negative response can hurt his business. If he rectifies this and I receive my parts then I will write another post stating he took care of business. Though that wouldn't change my opinion that he wasn't upfront, didn't live up to his word, and "For This Particular Situation" he has been sketchy at best. Now that two people have voiced their opinion maybe more people will give my opinion a second glance!

I really appreciate your offer of help. His list of parts outstanding is the front and rear bumper plugs (Suzuka Blue) and the Side Strakes (Suzuka Blue) If you are up there and could get the parts then it would be no problem picking them up in Toronto or if you are rolling through London on the way back it would be even easier.
For the rest of you, I would like to say that I am extremely happy with Jeff's prices. Even though I paid him I am still impressed that he drove 5.5hrs to drop off the parts. I am just not happy about the "miscomunication" between him and
Imagine having your baby (I love my cars) all shiny and perfect. The whole thing thrown off by to ugly holes in the bumpers showing foam. I have gotten so many comments on them that it has become annoying. The funniest thing someone said was, "It that were the NOS comes out!" To think the guy was serious.
Again not trying to discredit just share my experience and have Jeff rectify it and acknowledge my existence since he acknowledged me when he took my girlfriends credit card info and billed the card.
