Default Stealerships Suck!

Well finally got my car back from stealership after 29 days for and insurance claim. And they have caused more damaged than what they fixed but of course tried to say it was already there. Very pissed!! I was excited to get the car back after driving an altima for 29 days but they killed that excitement. Just venting thanks.

Didn't your insurance do an estimate? They should have a record of damage. Check with them and then with a lawyer.

Well im with allstate and they are directly linked with this particular honda dealer so they did an estimate and got approval from allstate to fix. Just found a receipt for a car wash on the floor, these guys are really pissing me off. Now I have an appointment to take it back on tuesday for them to fix what they screwed up. The also put on a brand new front bumper and that is even scratched.

is there no way you can choose a reputable repair shop yourself to do the work? CA law states that you should be able to aka you DO NOT have to take it to a shop the ins co "recommends".

Without details, it's hard to know what was done, what was supposed to be done, and what was done wrong or not done. If it's serious, you should document everything. It will help you in the long run.
