Default Stainless spring bolts for cat

Put my test pipe on yesterday, and getting the 5 bolts iff was a major pain in the ass since they were all rusted to hell. The TP came with the 3 back end bolts in stainless, but I had to reuse the spring bolts. I got as much rust off as I could with a wire brush, then used some home made anti seize (vaseline), but I'm not confident this will work. So, is there anywhere to get stainless spring bolts for the cat? thanks

9, 10, and 17 would be the complete assembly.
