Spugen...
i tried PM'ing greg several times about them making me an exhaust, he said he would do it for me. several weeks later i tried PM'ing him again he answered and told me that my exhaust would be ready in a week. PM'd him again no answer. Im sure everybody else that has dealt with them has there opinions but for me no go on the customer service.
ended up finding a used spugen v2 from another member on the board
never got an answer back and doubt they ever made my exhaust

I always avoided posting regarding it, as Duc is a nice guy and all, and the HUGE support for Spugen...I didn't want to get flamed.
I had my car painted moonrock metallic there. I was originally told two weeks. It ended up taking closer to two months to get my car back. It was such a hassle even getting a response or an update on the car.
I gave them the car with half a tank of gas, I got it back with zero bars. The interior was full of dirt, leaves, etc. There were numerous nicks and scrapes on the interior and leather, my windscreen was chipped, my sound system did not work, and the right speaker had been punched through and was cracked. They did not tell me this, but rather put the door panel back on and covered it up. Only after trying to figure out why my sound was not working did I discover that the speaker was cracked. The sound did not work because they had the positive and negative leads switched on the speakers. They offered to replace the speaker for me, but I would need to go out, by the replacements, them ship him my old speakers as well as the receipt for proof at which time it would be reimbursed to me. I ended up just going out and buying a new pair of speakers as I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Additionally, when I was driving home, the undercarriage was not secured and began to drag on the freeway.
I also had a GP sports front bumper installed there. When I picked up the car, he did not have my old bumper available to pick up. He told me he would look around for where it was placed, but I never heard back from him on it. To this day, I still don't have my front bumper.
About 6 months ago I needed some bodywork done....the bodyshop was having a horrible time colormatching it. They were using the factory color code for moonrock metallic and for whatever reason...it didn't match. I sent Duc a PM and asked him for the colorcode...he told me he'd find it and get back to me, but I never heard from him. The bodyshop also informed me that the front bumper was never mounted properly in the first place, and that they had used wood screws to hold it on.
I'm not trying to bash Spugen as I know a lot of people have had a great experience with them...it's just what I personally experienced.
