I've got tanabe's. I haven't measured it, but the drop is very modest. Even though i don't like "slammed" cars, i wish they dropped just a tad more. But if you're looking for a very modest drop, these might work for you. I'm not at home this week but can post pics later if it helps.

As to the ride, I can't tell a whole hell of a lot of difference. Maybe slightly stiffer than stock, but definately not super noticable.
