tein lowers 1 inch all the way around...... and espelir lowers 1.3 all the way around..........
i have been doing a lot of research regarding the spring on 18s before i got my tein because my 18 volks used to rub on all four corners with HKS spring,,,,,. and i finally came to the conclusion that tein and eibach are the spring that wont have rubbin issue but i chose tein over eibach
and im happy with results and it hardly ever rubs.,,,,

Whether the wheels are 18", 17", or 16" the size of the wheel isn't what determines how much you can drop it. The offset of the wheel is the only thing that determines how much you can lower it. I have KG/MM Race springs and Koni yellow shocks on 18" wheels. About 1.5 inch drop.

You guys want to post your offsets along with the size of your wheels and what you lower your car with. It would be more informative so that members would be able to know what they are dealing with, with different rim size and offsets.

Tein's look funny in my opinion because they drop the rear too much. I have Espelirs with Volk GT-C's 7.5 225/50/18 f and 8.0 245/35/18 r. They were rubbing in the front at first because the body shop messes up my fender lining. After that they were fine with no rubbing.

I think your opinion are funny, cause you clearly don't know WTF your talking about. FYI Tein will give you an even drop all around..if anything the front will be about 2mm lower than the back.
