Spoiled Kid (Long)
#41
Got to say I was in the same boat. 20 years old and been playing the stock market market for years as well. I have a good formula for any car that you are looking to buy or lease, if the payments and insurance come out to 25% of your total free income, as in after rent food gas entertainment then you can afford the car. I went in with 1000 down and my payment came out at around 517$ but then agian I have 700+ credit. Bought my S2000 about 10 days ago have not lloked back at all. No cop problems yet and I am past the 600 mile mark just from my commute to work and school. You wll have to make a few sacrafices to have the car though. No more then 2 people in the car at one time remember.
The biggest problem that I have is leaving my car in a parking lot at school. Most people know its mine aready and don't mess with it but I am always afraid of finding that disgruteled poor college student who decides to key or kick my car because I look really spoiled driving the thing.
The biggest scarfices that I had to make were selling my 917 replica and giving up on RC flying two of my favorite things in the world next to car.
