If you get a hold of DDT and use it around your house it should put a stop to any bugs. DDT is illegal because bugs get it on them fish eat bugs eagles eat fish and DDT causes the shells of eagles eggs to be very thing and the eggs crack thus its illegal. It is possible to get your hands on it and it works very well.

Another option i would look into is the fear of spiders. Maybe it would be easier and more cost effective to overcome this fear than try to get rid of the spiders.

Are their any dirt dobbers in your garage? They look like black wasps make little houses out of dirt on walls/anything.

I have a similar problem. Spiders get in my car too and when I'm just driving in the corner of my eye I see something crawling. It's just a common house spider but it still surprises me. What I usually do is grab its web and throw it out the window, that won't be helpful advice for arachnophobes though.

hey thanx hariku. seems scary 2 get ahold of something illegal. i contemplated hypnotism all day, even talked to someone about overcoming fear on phone; funny u mention that. i am terrified of being hypnotized, though.

The dobbers eat spiders. They fill their little mud nests full spiders they kill. I have broken a few open and 20 or more small spiders fall out. You may be killing these more effectively than you are killing the spiders thus ridding the spider of its natural enemy. I don't believe you would need to be hypnotized to over come the fear but it will be very difficult to do i would imagine. You have to realize even the worst spider in the us cant really harm you all that bad unless your severely allergic to them. The black widow and the brown recluse are the only poisonous ones to humans here in the states and they arent so bad. I would think that their is some place you can go to over come this fear but i have no idea ware. It may involve playing with a tarantula or something you know like you see on tv

Raid makes a spray just for spiders that has a much milder smell than roach spray. It's about as bad as hairspray.

o yeah? if i sprayed it in the car daily do u think it would keep them out?

i am wondering where they are entering; maybe through vents or wiggling through the soft top? wondering if i can spray those areas. i swear i will do it everyday.

What i would worry about is its effect on the human body of daily inhalation of bug spray.. lol
