I'm sure there are plenty, but why do you need it? USDM ECUs don't have a speed limiter.

I know the Apexi RSM dould do this, is there any other devices have speed limit cut function???
Anyway, it's commonly known as the "accelerator" or "gas pedal" or "go-fast pedal" or "loud pedal" or "the long skinny one on the right". Basically, the way it works is you press on it or release it to adjust your top-speed. The further down you press it, the higher your top speed will be. If you want to lower your top speed, you just release some pressure from it.
Hope this helps.

The USDM S2000 comes from the factory with a device that gives you a variable top-speed. Different people call it by different names. Sometimes, the same person will even call it by a different name on different occasions. It's kinda old-school, technology, which is why I'm surprised that Honda even uses it, but it seems to be fully functional.

I've heard about that. They even sell aftermarket versions in the shape of a foot. That's the one I want

He wants to "de-limit" the speed of the engine, not the car.
Correct me if I'm wrong Owenxquo...

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Hope he's got a built motor to go with it (or at least a wad a cash ready to replace his current motor).
But, there is a turbocharged motor spinning 9700 RPMs over in the FI forum pushing almost 500rwhp. I think there's a supercharged one pushing about 350-370 near 9500RPMs, too.
