Special on Lucid/Polk Rear Speaker Systems
#11
1. What does the harness do other than eliminating some wire soldering when installing the rear speakers? Are the OEM speaker cables already run from the head to the rear panel location on the MY 2002?
2. What are the differences between the Polk EX340 and the Polk EX402a ?

Love - the radio has to come out, 4 carpet clips and the rear panels. It's a very easy install, feel free to ask anyone who have installed any of these kits.
HPhan - The harness is top notch in every respect saves you a world of trouble. The EX340 is the replacement speaker (sells for $90 pair). It has a directional silk dome tweeter and a slightly wider frequency range. The Grills are also different.
Argetni - Yes all the way back touching the wall. Its best to have one click forward on the bottom and recline the seatback for better sound if you can.
