I would have lost it.
Right to the top I'd go, general manager and owner of the stealership. Put what happened in writing in the event that something goes wrong with your top.
Wow, can't believe this happened.

2nd: last weekend i parked my car late at night and put the top up -- i usually dont latch it locked.... my friend called me 30 minutes later and said that there was some drunken moron lying on the hood of my car mumbling to himself... and that my hood was partially opened!!! she shouted at him to GTFO... called the cops .. and he took off
i saw that my top was opened 3".. i dont think its easy to move the top against the motor like that but someone that shtt was cracked open... the motor worked fine, though

First of all, that was inexcusable on the dealer's part. They should NEVER be allowed to use a customer's car in that fashion. A sternly worded letter to the general manager is in order.
This is just another reason why I do not trust dealers and my car has never been back to the dealer for anything since the day I brought it home. They've been doing shit like this since forever. They'll try to get away with just about anything they think they can. You ever wonder how badly they abused your car on test drives or joy rides?
As for the top, there is a method for an emergency, non-powered, raising of the top. However, this involves disconnecting the wiring harness BEFORE attempting to manually move the top. I would imagine that this applies to lowering it as well. I don't know what can happen if the connector remains hooked up and you try to force the top. At the very least, make sure you write that letter to the manager and keep a copy of it and any responses you get from him. If you ever have any problems with the top in future, you have them by the short and curlies.
