Softtop rubs against hardtop window
Hi there,
Just recently bought a hardtop but the two front most rubbers of the softtop are hard pressed against the hardtop window when folded. Can't get the softtop down any more though I think it should to completely clear the hardtop window.
Also it creaks quite a bit when going over bumps.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks,

OEM hardtop? If so:
Your softtop isn't folding properly. Check here for pictures: http://www.modifry.com/products/ctf/details.htm
You can fix this yourself without buying anything new by helping the softtop frame fold properly as you lower your top.
Fix your softtop, and your problem will go away. My sofftop fits perfectly under my hardtop.

There should also be two "tabs" on the hardtop that press down on the softtop to keep it from touching the rear glass. If your softtop is touching the rear glass these tabs may either be missing or bent out of position.

Yep it has the tabs but they are sitting underneath the top most section of the soft top when it's folded back (if that makes sense!) because I couldn't get the top down any further. So now I know they should sit in top of the soft top to keep it in place will make sure once I ensure the soft top is fully down. .
Thanks, just need a dry day to get the hardtop off!
