so it's time to change some fluids...
So I am down to 30% on my oil change and was considering changing the transmission and/or rear differential fluid as well as doing a brake flush. Unfortunately I don't have the monetary funds at the moment to do all at the same time so which ones should be my priority? Thanks!

my opinion is
1. Oil with a quality synthetic- don't skimp out. use an OEM PCX-004 filter.
2. Rear diff fluid with a quality synthetic 75w110- That's only about $15.
3. Brake fluid with Honda or a quality replacement- i use Amsoil's. Cost is about $15 for 2 bottles.
4. Tranny fluid with honda MTF- That's only about $15 too.
For under $100 you can do them all yourself...that's cheap insurance and well worth it.
good luck, and for god's sake, maintain your ride.

It depends on the time and mileage since your last change on each of the fluids.
Your profile says you have an '06. If you do brake fluid about every three years, you should have done it in '09 and again now in '12.

Dont forget to get crushwashers for the trans drain/ fill, and rear diff drain/ fill, as well as the oil drain! Be sure to get the oil filter, trans fluid, and all the washers from Honda. Changing out some old plugs wouldnt be a bad idea as well.

Also, brake and clutch flushes are very easy and cheaper than anything else. Just get yourself 3 bottles or so of Honda DOT 3 fluid (thats usually all they carry) and crack some bleeders. And check out your coolant too. If its not a nice dark blue, put that at the bottom of your to-do list as well.
