Man.. this must take a lot of planning! You have to reset your trip odo at a certain mileage, and plan to drive a certain speed at a certain time. How long were you planning this for?

It actually took about 15 seconds of planning and about 3400 miles of waiting. I got the car recently with a little over 41100 miles on it. I knew I wanted to do it when the chance came. It just so happened that on the way to my grandmothers for thanksgiving I was going to pass 44,444. I reset it at 44,400 and just kept driving. Around 44,443.7 i set my clock to 4:44. I wanted to get 4.4k rpm, but the gearing wouldn't let me. I though about letting the clutch slip a little, but decided it was too much trouble, especially while driving. I was on the interstate too. eek.

Hardest part was waiting.
