Hi guys i just wanted to know if any of you have purchased an s2k in the southern california area for msrp... if so what dealership was it???? im planning on buying a blk/blk s2k is that a rare color???

I bought mine from Canyon Honda in Anaheim Hills. It was a hell of a long drive for me, but worth paying MSRP for. Bought the car in Sept. 99.

When I was looking around, I know Penske out in Ontario and Norm Reeves in Cerritos were selling S2Ks for MSRP, except you had to get some "forced" options that were pretty badly marked up. Talk to Trojan Horse. He just bought a new red/black S2K from Norm Reeves. They didn't gouge him too badly.

boba, I called Santa Monica, and they said they never sold a S2000 at MSRP and they don't intend to. Maybe if a person showed up with 360 Ben Franklins in their face?
