Snow in Denver today! No problem for the S
Since trading in my WRX for an 06 S2000 I was a bit worried about this:
With the VSA engaged and half worn all season Kuhmos, I was good to go. Only issue was getting up the unplowed hill on the way to my house. Got a little sideways, but made it ok. Others weren't so lucky and had to park down the street and walk the rest of the way home..

Snow in april, col. must get alot of snow. VSA is a big plus, especally with blad tires. NC dont get alot of snow and I have a ap1 so when it does snow(mainly just slush and ice) Im basically drifting when it rain/snow here

My wife has a Wrangler Unlimited that we use for snow duty, unfortunately she's visiting family this week and parked it at the airport. At least I know I can drive through snow in the S if I have to..

^ they are two very different cars. The S2000 is the whole package. It has looks, sound, speed, grip, and the drop top. The WRX will always be a souped up economy car. Don't get me wrong, the power and AWD were great, but the driving experience is not the same. It's clunky, cheap, slow to turn, and noisy. My WRX was a lot faster than the S2000 because I had an STI turbo, exhaust, and tune, but even still the S is a lot more fun to drive. Overall, the WRX is a great colorado car especially if you like to ski, but if you have another car for trips to the mountains, I'd definitely recommend the S.

Cool thanks. As I don't need to explain the weird weather patterns to you, do you drive the S year round? If so what tires do you go with? Do you have any other recommendations/tips for driving it year round? When I get one I'd really like to be able to and think it's possible, seeing that the roads are clear and it's sunny 90% of the time.
