OK, just reading the thread about the AP1 vs the AP2 seabelt differences. Makes me wonder how many other small differences there are between the AP! and AP2 other than the commonly known ones. This hopefully will be a good informational thread now that all the models are out there and the S is no longer being manufactured..

I will start.

The door sill metal plates are different between them.

The AP1 has S2000 with Honda underneath it and than manufactured by Honda to the right and the AP2 has S2000 with no Honda written underneath and manufactured by Honda to the right.

Technically the seatbelt thing may be different between the 05 AP2 and the 06 AP2.

And the door plate thing may be different between 01 and 02....

 

SakiGT has an incredibly detailed list already of changes between the years.

 

So does dlq04. Check with either of them.
