Silver S2000 or Yellow S2000 that is the question?

The only problem with the yellow is that since it does have those red flakes in it, it will be a very tough color to match if you get into an accident of some sort. I had my windshield frame repainted, and the matching of the silver was perfect...just some food for thought.

yellow was my first choice, silver was my second.
have seen the two side by side and the yellow shows off the contours better than the silver, but looks bigger and boxier than the silver as well.
silver is elegant and tres chic. silver is also a lot more stealth. yellow is fun and flashy.
you're more likely to have an SUV back up on to you in silver. you're more likely to get thrown in jail for reckless endangerment in a yellow.
if i were 21 i'd probably have bought the black or the silver. if i were 40 i'd probably have bought the silver. i'm in between so i bought the yellow. but it does show that silver is the timeless one.
none of us can help you decide, however. if you've seen both then you just have to decide between them on your own. if you haven't seen both (in person) then you need to do so ASAP. silver is the safe choice, you won't ever regret it. yellow you'll either love or you'll trade it in next year for a black.
my thoughts for what they're worth...

thanks man... black was my Type R, and it was a bitch to keep it clean! never go black again i told my self, now yellow i know that when people see it they would be careful as far as touching it silver they might not see i guess its a big dilema, just need to see them side by side, seen both just not together, is anyone in ny that has a silver or yellow that can allow me to see them side by side?

I have a Silver/Black. I was interested in getting the yellow but after seeing them together I decided that for me atleast SILVER is the color.
As someone else mentioned, the yellow is actually a pearl. Pearl paintjobs are extremely hard to color match. It apparently has to do with the layering of the paint.
Get what you like, the car beneath the color is what will win you over!
