side effects from radiator/fanswitch/thermostat
I'm getting my cooling system ready for a turbo/supercharger application. Obvisiously I want to keep my coolant (and thus to a certain degree my oil temps) down but I want the coolant to get up to normal operating temp. Would these mods keep the coolant "too cold" and not warm up to the full temp bars?
Any negative side effects?

That would depend on the Outside temps a little bit too. I personally had troubles with my last car when I used a Fluidyne Radiator, Water Wetter, Fan Switch, T-Stat, Hoses and upgraded fans. It would take the car forever to get to normal operating temps (almost 20-25min. at idle) and if it was cold outside it would sometimes die when I started it.
I ended up just using regular coolant and a Koyo radiator w/ OEM fan and it was cooler than normal but not so drastic. Some cooling set-ups are overkill IMHO, but being that you are boosted it may work out better for you. I was NA.

Some people have those combos and cant get to normal operating temp and VTEC wont kick in.
However I have been both super and turbocharged and have all factory components without any problems
