Ok, I was originally very satisfied with November's supposedly "fix" on the 2nd gear grind. But recently it's gotten A LOT worse. Just this morning I had 3 grinds in a row, and it was pretty bad grinds.
What were the lemon laws again?

Mine was fixed in November but I know the acid test is when the ambient temperature gets up in the summer.
It seems to be much better but I have had a grind or two immediately after getting off the highway so I can tell the box is still temperature sensitive.
I can only hope it will be acceptable and I just have to be careful with 1

Mingster,
I had the grind fixed last fall and have not had a single grind since. Someone didn't do something right, or use a bad part on your stook. Take it back!

mingster,
I have the fix also...but my gearbox does not feel as smooth.
This morning, my foot was all the way on the clutch...and it made a small grind noise when I was going back into first at a stoplight (maybe the revs were off).
Dunno...

Mingster, not sure about Cali, but in Florida, you were a candidate for repurchase or replacement if they couldn't resolve the same major problem 3 times or if you had a cumulative 30 days in the shop for problems. You might want to contact the Lemon Law division of your state attorney's office to find out how it works in California, but it looks like you're halfway there!
