Default Should I purchase the rebuilt s2k?

Hi. I'm new for this club. Recently I decide to purchase a s2k, I don't come with a big budget. Here is a rebuilt s2k, I'm goona post some pics of the damaged, not sure if it was a serious damage or not.

Thanks

There is no visible damage I can see. Just the fender and bumper removed. But curiously, wheels are replaced with metal wheels off an Accord maybe.

My suspicion is the damage was all to he undercarriage, and probably wheels damaged as well. Would need to get clear photos of underneath.

Ya. It's in Canada. But I won't drive it in winter.

Looks like a accident with a animal, that was thrown against the windshild after it hit the bumper and fender? Just guessing...
If so, this could happen to everybody evrytime. Damage looks minor, not to bad, Bumper, Fender, windshild.. Buying? Why not if the price is right?

The red circle is the only damage I can see past the missing fender, bumper and damaged windshield. If the seller was the one that had the wreck maybe they have documents on what the repair was I would ask for that. I would always get an inspection and probably go as far to have that fender taken off to see how that damage was fixed. Depending on the price could be a great driver.

I'm confusioned. You've provided pictures of the damaged car and it has since been fixed to the completed picture below, right? It doesn't look too bad but I'd definitely want that fender removed and inspected as Manga pointed out. I'd also want the alignment checked and to look under the car for rust. Idk how but I'd be curious if that windshield frame had been worked on. In the damaged pictures, it has the black tape on it (from factory) and does not in the repaired photos. Probably NBD but I'd be curious. If you're not familiar the 00-07 cars have the windshield frame painted body color but have black tape over that. It can be removed to show body color, as in the repaired picture. That windshield frame is structural and provides protection in the case of a rollover. I wouldn't buy a car where that was damaged. It does not look like it was but is a risk.

Fortunately, that inner damage is in the exact spot to be inspected simply by removing the side signal indicator light. No need to remove fender. Search how to pop indicator out. You slide it forward, then front side pops out. Or was that slide it rearward, and rear pops out? Either way its done without tools.

Then you can use an inspection camera to peer in there. On Amazon you can cheaply buy an inspection camera on a flexible shaft that connects to your phone.

Asking price? You can overlook several warts for the right price.

Are these photos of the same car and the smaller photo is the repaired car or before the wreck? The repair bill will be helpful.

The fact the car has snow tires is a rust alert to me.

Be careful "popping" out the side turn signals to look inside the fender. I've broken a pair of them just to replace burned out bulbs. Fitted LEDs so I don't have to buy yet another set.
