Default Should I leave my S alone or not?

So I am new owner of a '06 GPW S2000 and I love the car. I have done a few little things to the car and I am undecided if I want to do more. I am definitely going to do some stereo upgrades as I want to be able to hear music with the top down. As for performance I am unsure. Just wonering what you guys think.

Here is what I have done already (nothing big or major):

OEM JDM Clear Sidemarkers
OEM JDM Convex Driver's Side Mirror
OEM Front Lip
Muz Prestige Floor Mats
Rick's 7/8 Wind Screen
Team Voodoo Spun Aluminum Shift Knob
K&N Drop In Filter
Resonator Cut Out of Factory Exhaust

Here is what I am thinking of doing:

Suspension

Tein Flex (leaning towards these)
T1R B-maxR
Swift Springs on Koni Yellows

Exhaust

Mugen Sport Exhaust (leaning towards this one)
T1R Sparrow 63mm

Header

Mugen (leaning towards this one)
Comptech
Rick's

Intake

Comptech Cold Air (leaning towards this once released)
Carbon Fiber AUT Radiotor Cooling plate w/ K&N Drop In Filter

Rims (this is one I really can't decide)

Volk TE-37 (White)
Volk TE-37 (Bronze)
Volk TE-37 (Gun Metal)
Volk TE-37 (Time Attack)
Volk LE-37 (Gun Metal with polished Lip)
Mugen GP (Bronze)
Mugen GP (Gun Metal)

Let me know what you guys think of these parts and whether or not I should do it. If any of you guys have any of these parts please let me know what you think about them.

I think if I was buying one of those 3 headers I'd end up with the Ricks over the others.

You haven't left it alone so far. Why worry about it now?

Leave it alone for awhile, its an 06 right?

Here's a little story for you, went to auto x last weekend, a veteran ap1 driver who has coilovers, slicks, swaybars, intake, exhaust, brakes... asked to drive my stock 05'. I had been riding with him for a few runs in his car and he was getting 74.00 second runs, 2nd time out with my 05, he got a 71.00 sec run. Despite his front tires getting close to the point of buying new ones, I thought his time was impressive. He had said he had more fun driving my stock 05, than his modded 03'. I decided until I can drive the car that well how it is I'm not buying shit for it except tires.

I say go ahead with the mods. For alot of people, especially me, modding is a way of personalizing a vehicle. And for me, I could care less about driving my car at the limits. I just wanted a fast car that looks good from the factory that I could make look even better. My .02 cents.

Might as well keep modding it with the parts you want

I'm personally going with the Koni/Swift suspension setup and I'll be adding a header soon too. I already have the Comptech exhaust and Spugen exhaust among many other things.

On a side-note, how do you like the Voodoo knob?

Yeah this is pretty true, make your car more "you". Having a nice car is great, but its even better when its unique to you.
