Should I cut out oem radiator cooling plate?
I'm not sure what the name(highlighted in yellow square) is.. but.. Should I cut a hole on it so more air can flow to the intake?
thanks..

Do you mean the plastic piece? If so, no need to cut it, it's held on by plastic tabs, just pull them out and remove the tray. That way you can always return it back to stock if needed.

There are already holes there though that allow for the air to pass upwards into the intake. I doubt you'll gain any perfomance by removing it all together. I would just leave it alone or get a cold air snorkle if you really want increased flow.

oh..I see...
but.. those holes are so tiny...
so.. you think it's not beneficial to remove oem plate?
I was thinking to get FIPK k&n intake soon..
since filter location is same.. I thought it would help a little..
thx
