Should I buy new S2k? but has oils Leak from engine.

Was the head gasket done at some point? Or maybe the two small head bolts were removed by some fool.
It could be a straightforward fix or...maybe not.
But yes...in general, any car that is leaking oil and has a big patch of silicone on the head would raise a red flag.

It clearly had a kraftwerks sc kit fitted at one point.
Cogged pulley on crank. Extra long bolt on idler, etc.
The original version of this kit (the original gen 2 kit. Their first version that used Rotrex C38 series. Their first version that mounted in front of engine) used a mount that went into those two little bolts at front of head. They didn't provide enough other mounting points, and it wasn't uncommon for the kit to break off those protrusion(s) from the block and head.
My guess is that part of the block and head broke, or at least cracked. Not a simple fix, and certainly not with some mess of silicone.
My biggest concern would be the current, or at least some previous owner is a total idiot. If they tried to fix ot like that, what other stupid stuff did they do?
The good news is this isn't an internal engine issue. But they took the old kit off for a reason, and it wasn't to sell it, since they left important pieces of the kit installed. So who knows what the actual sc attempt did.
Set purchase price with cost of used replacement engine factored in.

This is a big fat no from me. People who fit superchargers to their cars ain't driving miss daisy around, and stuff's gonna break.
Also in this one pic there is evidence of 2 sloppy / careless jobs: not repairing the leak properly, and not properly returning to stock after SC was removed, which suggests a pattern.
