So many factors: test drive as many cars as you can. Negotiate the price. Best deal, best purchase.

Thanks for all of the posts. I have yet to drive one, or any of the roadsters I would consider. The S just seems like a really great deal!

Lots of good cars out there that should be in the mix - 350z, G35/37, Boxster, C6 vette, Porsche 996, among others.
Guess it depends on what you're looking for but I wouldn't even consider a 350Z or G35 as they're really GT's.

However, test driving is definitely in order.

Yet to drive one?!?!

Get yer ass out there and go drive one!

I'd recommend an 04-05 j/k

But seriously, the only one way to truly experience the S is by taking it in the winding roads.

For converts
Caddy XLR-V (great price used!)
Lotus Elise (almost convert)

It's a great car but I don't recommend it for everyone only those who like to have fun.

Well if price isnt a factor, that porsche carrera GT turbo is nice. If price is a factor, cant go wrong with an S. BTW, mines for sale. I gotta buy a house.
