hah i went to mcdonalds one day and got called a ricer...lol just cause i was driving a honda..i would have said something but there were 6 guys and 1 of me. i think they were driving some old mustang GT. i just lol`ed

There's a lot of definitions of rice. Including definitions that would include many cars in this thread.
1) Any car from an Asian manufacturer
2) Any sport compact car
3) Any modified car
4) Any car modified with cheap parts (ie autozone, pep boys)
5) Any car modified to fit the latest trend
6) Any car that isn't "clean" (<- that's a ricer word btw)
7) Any car modified with parts that you personally don't like
8) Any car modified with parts that are all show and no go
9) Any car modified with go-fast parts but isn't actually raced (you have a roll cage and a wing but have never seen the track)
Personally, I think all these are rice. Someone once told me that "rice" stands for "Race Inspired Custom Enhancements". I doubt that this is true, but maybe people should think about that before they start hating on someone's pride and joy.
