Thanks guys for chiming in....I guess I just need a bit of re-assurance before ordering!

I have a Rio s2k so thinking about going with black carpet, yellow borders and a yellow s2000 logo on the cross member. Probably add the wear pad but only on the driver's side.

Did you guys get the Charcoal to match the interior or go with black? I'm thinking black might look nicer on the Rio with more contrast.

I was surfin their site and they also have a nifty trunk saddle bag for the trunklid and a roof mat as well as a matching trunk liner. I haven't heard much about this so anyone else have them?

Thinking if I'm going to order might as welll save shipping and do it all at once.

Almost 4 years with the Prestige (I switch them out for winter though) and they still look great.

Funny thing is that trying to find a used set of these mats is impossible so only choice is to buy new I guess....

I will be ordering mine later today - time to cough up the $3 bills for these babies

Jsmply : I have OEM mats, less than 2k miles on them so PM me an offer...I can ship them out once I get my Prestige ones

I had the Prestige mats for a couple of years and they still look great. I bought a set of Rick's Wilton wool carpets and they're absolutely incredible. Well worth the money, as Filthy Beast said, if you're willing to treat yourself.

I am thinking of purchasing a set of prestige mats as well. What kind of material is the heel mat made of? Does anybody who has them have a problem with their feet sliding on the optional heel mat?

I just got an idea and wonder if anyone else has thought of this....?

I'm sure as many of you agree, paying $300+ for mats is kinda expensive so here's my idea:

What if we were to have a custom set of plush mats made in the same pattern as the MUG mats using the OEM floorboard as our template.

The shop who is doing my custom 2-tone leather upholstery also does floormats and we started talking. He has all the various plush grade materials to make any type of mat I want and we won't be limited in terms of colors, logo, etc.

I was thinking of having a set made for me in black with yellow stitching and my own s2000 logo...

Whatcha guys think?

I got the prestige mats too. They look pretty good and I'll have to agree with S2k Dude, wish the wear pad was a further up towards the front of the car because I find that my left foot doesn't sit on the wear pad. The wear pad is some textured semi hard plastic. Your shoes will wear out before the wear pad. I didn't get any logos, looks kinda plain. But they don't have the nice "S2000" logos anymore, just the "S" now. Didn't really care for the "S". But get the mats, your crossmember will thank you for it.
