I actually bought an integra bumper awhile back and all it had was bubble wrap around it. It was from UPS.

I allways go to a closed furniture store after hours and get the big flat pieces of cardboard and make my boxes for bumpers. Fed Ex will ship it no prob... worst case in price is $85 from one coast to the other... cheaper if it's closer.

Good luck and buy lots of tape.

Shipping through freight is the easiest way. FedEx / UPS is technically not supposed to ship it ground. Some businesses get away with it but if you walk in to a UPS store there is no way they will take it.

Find someone who uses freight regularly and have them ship it for you. If you don't have a freight account w/ a discount it is very expensive to ship it freight. You'd have to go through a freight broker, and they're expensive too.
