Shin-Etsu grease
What does everyone grease? Today I put it on the door seals, trunk seal, hood seals, and the top seal along the windshield. Am I missing anything? I thought about putting it on the window seals but figured it would make a mess.

Anything on the car that is rubber and needs greased. It's great for stopping the hardtop from squeaking. It may have applications as a substitute for K&Y lubricant as well, although I haven't tried. Let's see ... anybody got a diagram of where this stuff goes and how much it takes?

The Honda dealer charges $20 for a tube of the Shin-Etsu grease. There must be someplace to get an equivalent product for a more reasonable price. I believe that I once saw a post that identified a GM product that was similar. Good Luck

I have been using the pool and spa lube (teflon based by Dupont) for 5 years and the rubber is still in great condition. Its only $4.99 a tube.
