Heel = the thing attached to the underside of your shoe.
Heal = what your body does after you've been injured.

Heel - What my dog refuses to do.

Heel-toe is just a technique used to brake and while double-clutch downshifting w/ rev-matching.
Double-clutching has NOTHING to do with heel-toe. You can heel-toe with or without double clutching.

Keep asking myself why someone would need to double clutch on a S2000. My daily driver is a 73 VW Bug with a tranny that has been to hell and back and requires me to double clutch on all downshifts and atleast revmatch on the upshifts. I was considering buying a Del Sol till one of my friends let me drive his S2000 and from that experience, unless you've already ground your tranny to dust from bad shifts, leave all the advanced techniques to the pro's/rich people.
oh and shifting withough a clutch, i can do it from 2nd to fourth gear
S2000 > Del Sol

Someone's been watching too much F&F. Don't even concern yourself with double clutching if you can't H&T. The reasoning behind double clutching was that older cars didn't have syncromesh gears to help them slide into each gear.

Dom in the movie made no sense... why in the world would he need to double clutch in a drag race is completely beyond me. If he said, "granny shifting not power-shifting like you should..." then it would've made more sense. Don't mix movies for real life. I know of many kids who think they're the Initial D kid in the Trueno.
