Just for fun, I calculated a redline(9000RPM) misshift/downshift from 5th to 2nd will over rev the motor to 18,947RPM. Thats if the synchros lets you in the gear. Its also interesting to note that the same misshift @ only 6000 RPM will land you at @ 12,316 RPMs.
