Well, its obviously not the only reasons.

I'm with the folks who don't give two sh*ts what other people think.

I have both a S2000 and a STi and can vouch, without any doubt whatsoever, that the S2000 is the better car to take bong hits in. The large blind spot and small rear window provide the perfect cover. In the STi, by contrast, I always feel like somebody's watching me.
But it is easier to fit a keg in the back of the STi - then run the tap through the seats

Or you could get yourself a trunk monkey to light the the 4-5 foot hooka while the base is in the trunk

Berner, it was a sarcastic comment. Obviously an internet comment would not prompt me to buy or sell a car.

It was a sarcastic observation stemming from the point that the s2000 has been around for 7 years now - making it more accessible to the younger crowd due to low resale prices. This younger crowd tends to care more about about what their buddies think - I was one of them. 5 yrs ago I wouldn't be caught dead putting Rotas on my car, and I bought cheezy blue headlights so other people would think i have HID, despite the fact that they were half the brightness of the stock bulbs (on my prelude).

Now I'm a little older, and hopefully wiser. I have Rotas on my STi, and I bought the car because its more practical for my family, at the same time, offering some driving excitement when I'm by myself. The STi is also a little newer in the North American market, and the used prices are a tad beyond the means of your average young hot head (in Canada anyway, not sure about USA pricing). The STi crowd, in general, is older, with a few exceptions of course, so you don't hear about the Devry lobby sh*t talking as much as I see here on this website.

Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good guys in the s2k community. Why do you think I'm still posting on this forum??

I go to a tech school as well and I have the top down rolling mod. I used to see a shit talker at the bus stop and I would drop the top while cruising by.. Just to rub it in!! Also sometimes I would see the same bus go through the Holland Tunnel from New Jersey to NYC and I would do a 9k fly bye in second gear with T1-R 63 just to add more insult. Enjoy the mass transit bus system you suckaz and earn your own before talkin smack! LOL
