Sell as 100% stock or 99% stock with very minor improvements?

5% of the buyers will care enough to pay a bit more for it with those mods. The rest are split between those who wound not pay any more for it because of the mods, and those who would be concerned about the mods and less likely to buy it.

Good way to put it and likely true.

I'd sell it "as issued" with the OEM wheels and radio. If I owned it I'd want AP2 wheels but that's for the new owner to decide. Aftermarket radios just seem cheap to me. Again the new owner can do what he wants with the car.

Not sure I agree. To get collector plates where I live you must have an original radio. That is with any collector car. Must be 25 years old and all original. They are picky about the radio being original.

I just bought a very low mile '02 in excellent condition. I would have passed if it did not have the original radio, or original wheels for that matter. I may put in an aftermarket head unit if I can ever find one that doesn't look like it was designed by a 10-year old, but I'll always keep the original radio in case I sell the car.

List the car as is and price it accordingly and include stock wheels and radio. If the seller only wants the stock wheels and radio, knock off some of the price and sell AP2 wheels after? I've done several transactions with cars similar to what I'm describing. If done this way, people who are interested in either configuration, will be attracted to the car. (In theory)
