Self Oil Change
#11
jack it up from the right side front (where hk s2k showed you), open the drain bolt, let most of the oil drain out, remove the filter, let most of that drain out, then lower the car down and let it sit level for 5 minutes or so. then proceed to replace with new filter and close the drain bolt and refill with new oil.

I think YOU are getting the jack points mixed up.
From the shop manual (There's a better version out there, but I couldn't find it this morning):

Oil change is a breeze especially if you have a CAI.
I roll the front wheels up on two 2x4s I lay in my driveway, pop my hood, slide my oil drain container under the car, undo the plug and filter by reaching down from above, and a few minutes later I'm done.

No need for ramps or jacks ..... All you need is two (2) each 2x6x8 inch blocks of wood that are cut on one side at a 45 degree angel to allow the front of the car to drive on. This extra height is sufficient for my oil drain pan to slide under the car. After that , everyting is done from the top - oil drain plug and filter removal, installation etc ....

That was where he was pointing at. One on each side behind the front wheels and one on each side infront of the rear wheels.
You deleted the most pertinent part of my post that you quoted.

There are six total. In addition to the two (on each side) that you show, there are two central jack points: one on a cross-member just in front of the engine for lifting the front of the car, and the bottom of the differential serves as the rear jackpoint used to lift the rear of the car.
...which was in response to the OP making the statement...

Right, and I was pointing out that there were TWO MORE jack points, ONE of which was the one the OP was referring to when he said that his jack didn't reach.
