Mine are still in the box. Waiting for spring. Got 'em cheap(er) at Fall Colors. Will be installing them "my" way. Hopefully, they will be more secure than what most owners have been reporting.

Has anyone molded those things? I think they might look better that way... I would be afraid of damaging them though... maybe painting the rubber piece?

I think the strakes are ordered in the color of your car. You don't paint them.

He's talking about the black rubber strip that acts as a "filler" and water barrier.

That one of the reasons they don't appeal to me that much because I think that black line is just to much for them.

xviper - exactly. I bet they might flow a little better on the lighter colored cars is that rubber strip were somehow made to be body color... I always thought the oem lip would look better this way too.

darknight - I'm with you on the visual impact of that rubber strip...

Maybe if I screw up my oem lip even more than I have I'll try one of those felt-tip silver jobbies and see if it's close to Sebring...

Yeah, but you should see them on a Berlina.

I personally don't mind the line on my blue. Different strokes for different folks.

Me no like. I like the car bone stock in appearance - my brother is an industrial designer, and he raved about the S2000's lines, I never heard him gush like that over anything besides his Mont Blanc pens.

In order of not liking (highest to lowest):
1. Side strakes
2. Rear spoiler
3. Front spoiler
