Hire a black guy to stand by the car at night.
He's going to do all that and it's still not enough? That's what insurance is for...
The hardtop alone should do it.
People that want to steal something badly enough will find a way regardless of the gimmicks you put in place. Personally, if they are willing to slash the top to get to the seats, I'd hate to see the situation you're left with after the thief gets pissed trying to figure out the seat locks.

hardtop is on the car, alarm is alive and kicking, hes got a glock 26, so since the alarm is really sensitive i dont even think that if there is a next time, they will even be able to take off the car cover without the alarm going off.

1. Garage is probably the #1 preventable device.
2. Seat locks from Kodokan here on s2ki
3. Hard Top
4. See if someone makes a hard top lock for the s2k. I know they make one for the Miata ( see here: http://www.thetoploc.com/ ). See if you can get them to make one for the s2k.
5. Alarm. These usually don't do shit unless you or your neighbhors sleep lightly with a gun.

Don't think you can buy them yet.
