I purchased a CAI for 254.99 plus 25 for shipping and sent the money out two weeks ago today!! The man im selling to has never replied in any message which displays grammer exceeding maybe a 12 yr old, and he has demanded another $15 becuase, "the shipping is going to be $40, not $25!! BS!!! Also, i don't think he's ever gonna send it, and, do to my ignorant nature, i never checked his feedback, just his blue star. He does this shit all the time. Any FB on the issue would be helpful. you gotta expect it ordering from people on ebay or any other auctions. i remeber a lot of bull i had to go through to( )

 

It sounds like he did reply to you about the auction, asking for $15. It does say extra shipping changes may apply. He sounds legitimate, has great reviews and wouldn't risk that on a $250 scam. I say pay the extra $15...he may be holding on to your cai until he receives the full balance.

 

I am a mass seller of car-related products on ebay, I know exactly what you need to do.

Tell him to either send you a REFUND or the TRACKING NUMBER before the end of the week. If he doesn't respond by the end of the week, file a complaint with EBAY, and file a claim with PAYPAL if you made your payment that way.

[NOTE: you may want to file the paypal claim earlier. If you wait longer than 30 days from the original transaction date, you won't be able to!]

Just keep threatening him with negative feedback and lawsuits, you'll eventually get something out of him.

Good luck. You have to e-mail safeharbor@ebay.com and describe your issue. Ebay sucks sucks sucks! I hate ebay! I sent some jerkoff in California $920 for and alpine nav screen and never got it. Ebay suspended him and thats it. You can't even call them. They are a bunch of assholes and have gotten too big for their briches. Something should happen soon. Be careful out there.
